Shipping Information

Our estimated delivery time depends on several factors, including the destination address, courier transit time, and the time required to process and prepare your order. You can estimate your delivery date by adding the shipping time to the order processing time.

Typically, it takes 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order and assemble the product. Once production is complete, we will select the most suitable courier based on your location, such as FedEx or DHL. Shipping usually takes 4 to 7 days. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the product. However, once you place an order on our website, we’ll do our best to get it ready for shipment as quickly as possible.

We currently ship to the following countries/regions:

North America: United States, Canada, Mexico

Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

Import Tax & Customs Fees:

For orders shipped to the United States, customers do not need to worry about any import duties or taxes for orders placed before April 23, 2025. We will handle all related matters on your behalf to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.
For orders placed after April 23, 2025, customers will be required to pay applicable import duties and taxes. We will contact you in advance to confirm the process before shipping—either we will prepay the fees on your behalf, or you will be responsible for the payment upon delivery, depending on the specific situation.

For EU customers, we collect the applicable import taxes and duties during checkout. We work with our courier partners using the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method, ensuring that all import VAT, duties, and related charges are prepaid before the package arrives. Once you’ve completed your payment on our website, there will be no additional fees upon delivery, and your order will clear customs smoothly and arrive on time.

For all other international orders (outside the U.S. and EU), we are not responsible for any customs duties or VAT incurred after the item has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that your package(s) may be subject to customs fees or VAT in accordance with your country’s regulations.

Important Notes:

  • Any changes to your order may result in delivery delays. The extent of the delay will depend on the nature of the change and the time required to update your order.
  • Deliveries to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses may fail. We recommend providing a complete and accurate street address.
  • While most packages are delivered within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery dates may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery updates.
  • If your package hasn’t arrived, or if tracking shows it was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of your order date for assistance.
