Our estimated delivery dates depend on various factors, including the destination address, courier transit times, and the speed at which we assemble and prepare your items for shipping. You can calculate the estimated delivery time by adding the courier transit time to the order processing time.
Typically, we require 1 to 3 business days to process orders and assemble products. After production is completed, we select different couriers, including FedEx and DHL, based on the destination address. The shipping period is approximately 4 to 7 business days. We estimate that you will receive your goods within 5 to 10 business days.
The processing time varies for different items. However, once you place an order on our website, we will do our best to prepare the goods as soon as possible.
Any changes to your order may result in delayed delivery times. The extent of the delay will depend on the nature of the changes and the additional time required to adjust the order accordingly.

Installation Guide
Installation Instructions:
Our neon signs support both wall-mounting and suspension installation. Before installing the sign, please choose the appropriate installation method based on the size, shape, and mounting position of the acrylic back board.
Installation accessories include expansion screws (bolts and plastic expansion sleeves) and sign standoffs (metal cylindrical screws and nuts).
Installation Steps:
- Mark the sign installation holes on the wall.
- Drill holes for the expansion screws.
- Insert the plastic expansion sleeves into the holes.
- Pass the screws through the metal sign standoff nuts (metal cylindrical bodies) and secure them to the wall using a screwdriver.
- Thread the sign standoff screws through the acrylic back board and screw them into the sign standoff nuts (metal cylindrical bodies).

When will my order be shipped?
Typically, we complete order production within 1 to 3 business days, with shipping taking place no later than the 4th business day.
Do you provide warranties?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty for all sold neon signs. During the warranty period, if the neon signs are damaged non-manually, we offer free customer support, repairs, and other solutions. Outside the warranty period, we still offer support, but there may be symbolic charges involved.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We collaborate with multiple logistics providers, typically opting for FedEx and DHL. Once your item is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor the shipping status on the courier's official website.
