Does the sign run on batteries, or does it need to be plugged in?
The sign comes with a standard plug, but if you prefer a battery pack, we can provide one as well.
When will my order be shipped?
Typically, we complete order production within 1 to 3 business days, with shipping taking place no later than the 4th business day.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We collaborate with multiple logistics providers, typically opting for FedEx and DHL. Once your item is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor the shipping status on the courier's official website.
Do you provide warranties?
Yes, we provide a 2-year warranty for all sold neon signs. During the warranty period, if the neon signs are damaged non-manually, we offer free customer support, repairs, and other solutions. Outside the warranty period, we still offer support, but there may be symbolic charges involved.

My LED sign is very bright, very precise, and very professionally done!!! It looks amazing I absolutely love it!!! It even came with a remote to control the brightness, on/off, and flashing effects. Very friendly staff also, they were able to customize the wiring to work from a DC power source (car battery) and they even included a car cigarette lighter plug and wall outlet plug and converter just in case I needed it. They’re communication was excellent in making sure I receive what I exactly wanted. Cost was also very reasonable, and shipping was super fast!!! Couldn’t be happier with the product and staff, would definitely do business with NEON SISTER again. Thank you so much.
