Shipping Information
Our estimated delivery time depends on several factors, including the destination address, courier transit time, and the time required to process and prepare your order. You can estimate your delivery date by adding the shipping time to the order processing time.
Typically, it takes 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order and assemble the product. Once production is complete, we will select the most suitable courier based on your location, such as FedEx or DHL. Shipping usually takes 4 to 7 days. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the product. However, once you place an order on our website, we’ll do our best to get it ready for shipment as quickly as possible.

Import Duties and Taxes:
For customers in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union:
We work closely with our logistics partners to provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, ensuring that all import VAT, duties, and related fees are prepaid before the package is shipped. Once you complete your payment on our website, there will be no additional charges during delivery. Your package will clear customs smoothly and be delivered on time.
For all other international orders (outside the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union):
We do not cover any duties or VAT that may be incurred after the product is shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that your package may be subject to duties or VAT based on the regulations of your country or region, and any such fees are your responsibility.

- Any changes to your order may result in delivery delays. The extent of the delay will depend on the nature of the change and the time required to update your order.
- Deliveries to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses may fail. We recommend providing a complete and accurate street address.

Refund
Thank you for shopping with Neon Sister. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds. Please carefully review the following policy terms.
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting us via email. Once production or shipping has started, we will not be able to cancel the order directly, but you may contact us for further assistance.
For orders that have not been shipped, we offer modification services. Customers can adjust product designs according to their needs, and we may charge a small symbolic revision fee.
Returns:
Return Period:
You can contact us for a return and refund within 15 days from the date of receipt. We will process your return request within 2 business days. After this period, we will not be able to offer returns or refunds.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in new, unused condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
- A video of the product to be returned must be provided.

Custom Products

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Partial Refund:
If the product shows visible signs of damage, wear, or missing parts (not caused by us), we may issue a partial refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
For returns initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the courier service chosen by the customer. If the product is damaged during return shipping, the customer must contact the courier company for resolution.
For products damaged during shipping by us, customers can choose to refuse the shipment and request a return. In this case, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Does the sign run on batteries, or does it need to be plugged in?
The sign comes with a standard plug, but if you prefer a battery pack, we can provide one as well.
When will my order be shipped?

My LED sign is very bright, very precise, and very professionally done!!! It looks amazing I absolutely love it!!! It even came with a remote to control the brightness, on/off, and flashing effects. Very friendly staff also, they were able to customize the wiring to work from a DC power source (car battery) and they even included a car cigarette lighter plug and wall outlet plug and converter just in case I needed it. They’re communication was excellent in making sure I receive what I exactly wanted. Cost was also very reasonable, and shipping was super fast!!!
